Location
Topolino’s Terrace serves French and Italian cuisine on the top floor of Disney’s Riviera Resort. As you enjoy your breakfast or dinner, you’ll be able to enjoy gorgeous views of the surrounding resorts.
Even though this is not located in the theme parks, you can still enjoy a meal here without staying at the Riviera. If you are visiting EPCOT or Hollywood Studios, you can hop on the Disney Skyliner to make your way to this restaurant for dinner or a character breakfast before the parks open.
The Meal Experience
For breakfast, Topolino’s is a character dining experience. It’s a prix-fixe meal so you’ll pay a fixed amount, then order off a menu from a selection of delicious entrée. Your meal will start with a basket of fresh pastries and bread. Some seasonal pastries may change, but you can expect mini chocolate chip muffins, croissants, and bread with honey butter, jam, and hazelnut spread.
For additional fees, you can order various mimosas and specialty coffees. Juice and Joffrey’s coffee are included with the price, as well as hot chocolate and water.
Some of my favorite items include sour cream waffles. Sadly, they do not come in the fun Mickey-waffle form, but they are so fluffy and delicious that they are worth ordering anyway! For those who prefer a more savory breakfast, Toplino’s also has avocado toast, quiche gruyère, and steak.
For dinner, you’ll pay for individual items you order and there are no characters. You can order a starter for the table such as escargot, burrata, or grilled octopus. For entrées, they have a variety of options including filet mignon, sea scallops, and rigatoni with chicken.
And for those who have a sweet tooth and need to end every dinner with dessert, you won't be disappointed! Topolino’s has vanilla and citrus crème brûlée, warm chocolate cake, and some vegan and sugar-free options.
Special Element: Characters
If you make a breakfast reservation, you’ll enjoy your meal while interacting with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy. Not only will you get fun and personalized character interactions, but you’ll get to see these four characters in cute and unique outfits! All four of them are dressed as different types of artists: a painter, a sculptor, a dancer, and a writer.

Topolino’s Terrace character breakfast is open from 7:30 am-12:15 pm. They are not open for lunch, but they do reopen for dinner from 5:00 pm-9:30 pm. Both breakfast and dinner cost one table service credit. For those planning to pay without the dining plan, breakfast costs $45 for adults and $29 for children under the age of nine. Dinner is not a prix-fixe menu and entrée costs anywhere between $36 and $56.
This is a fantastic choice for character dining because you get great character interactions as well as delicious food that goes beyond a simple buffet. Because of this, it can be difficult to snag a morning reservation.
